Yesterday, Governor Ricardo Rosselló did not rule out the possibility that the Oversight Board (OB) could submit changes to the fiscal plan presented by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA), since its action plan goes in a different direction from the one proposed by the public corporation’s current directives.
