NEW YORK – The Center for Puerto Rican Studies at Hunter College has gathered a group of experts who will keep the projects of the new fiscal authority—placed by the federal government over Puerto Rico’s elected officials—and their agenda—which they believe is of utmost importance to propel economic development in the Island—under close scrutiny.
