WASHINGTON - At only three weeks before a stay on litigations expires, two republican senators yesterday called on the Fiscal Oversight Board (OB), which controls the public finances of Puerto Rico to certify its compliance with the voluntary negotiations to restructure the public debt and the fiscal plan’s requirement as demanded by PROMESA.
