The University of Puerto Rico bets on obtaining more funds through contracts with Executive agencies

The University of Puerto Rico (UPR) is increasingly closer to identifying the external fund resources it needs to comply with the $300-million cutback objective, which was required by the Oversight Board (OB) as part of the fiscal plan this administration must submit by the end of the month.
