OfficialRules:

1. Duración:Este concurso comienza el 20 de enero de 2012 y termina el 20 de febrero de2012.

1. Period: Contest begins January 20, 2012 and ends February 20,2012.

2. Elegibilidad:Son elegibles para participar en este concurso mayores de 21 años residenteslegales de Puerto Rico, con documento de identidad con retrato y firma ocertificado de nacimiento original, expedido por las autoridades públicascompetentes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, vigente al momento dereclamar el premio. Este concurso es limitado al área geográfica de Puerto Ricoy las islas municipios de Vieques y Culebra, y está sujeto a todas las leyes yreglamentos aplicables.  No podránparticipar empleados, familiares y personas que convivan con empleados deJanssen Ortho, LLC.  Quedan tambiénexcluidos los empleados y personas con participación en Janssen Ortho, LLC, sussubsidiarias, afiliadas, agencias de publicidad y promociones y de aquellas otrasagencias/entidades involucradas en el desarrollo de este Concurso y/o laproducción o distribución de materiales del Concurso.

2. Eligibility: All legal aged PuertoRico residents, over 21 years old, with a valid ID or original birthcertificate issued by any competent authority of the Commonwealth of PuertoRico on the day of the price claim. Raffle is limited to PuertoRico’s geographic area, and its island municipalities of Viequesand Culebra, and is subject to all applicable laws and rules. Those employed byJanssen Ortho, LLC, their families or persons living with such employees cannotparticipate. Also excluded are employees or persons with any participation inJanssen Ortho, LLC, any corporations or association and any agency or entityrelated with the development, production, or distribution of the contest’smaterials.

3. Nada que comprar para participar.  Para participar, envíe prueba de compra de cualquier producto Listerine®, junto al cupón de participación o a una hoja de papel con su nombre, direccióncompleta y número de teléfono, a la siguiente dirección: “Declara Tu Amor”, 2000 Carr. 8177 Suite 26 PMB 206Guayanbo, PR 00966; o llene el cupón de participación en cualquier estación de promociónal presentar su prueba de compra. Paraparticipar sin comprar, el participante deberá llenar en un papel su nombre,dirección completa y número de teléfono, junto a un facsímil razonable de unproducto Listerine®, y enviarlo por correo a la dirección antes indicada. Puede participarcuantas veces quiera.  Mientras más vecesparticipe más oportunidades tendrá para ganar. En ningún evento se aceptaráncomo facsímiles razonables reproducciones de tipo mecánico, tales comofotocopias, mimeógrafos, impresos en computadora. Se aceptarán todos loscupones elegibles recibidos por correo regular en o antes del 20 de febrero de2012.  El calendario de visitaspromocionales será el siguiente:

No purchase necessary to participate.To participate, send a proof of purchase of any Listerine® product,attached to a valid voucheror to a piece of paper with your complete name,address and telephone number, by regular mail to the following address: “Declara Tu Amor”, 2000 Carr. 8177 Suite 26PMB 206 Guayanbo, PR 00966; or fill a valid voucher at any promotionalbooth presenting proof of purchase. Toparticipate without any purchase, write your name, address and telephone numberon a piece of paper with a reasonable facsimile of one Listerine® product, and send it by mail to the above indicatedaddress. You may participate as many times as you wish. The more youparticipate, the greater your chances to win. Mechanic reproductions such asphotocopies, mimeographs, and computer printouts will not be accepted asreasonable facsimiles. All eligible entry forms received by regular mail on orbefore February 15, 2012, will be accepted. The schedule of promotional visits is the following:

          Los certificadosde regalo, así como la estadía, no serán canjeables por efectivo, ni transferible en todo o en parte ointercambiable por otros premios, salvo por y a discreción única delPatrocinador si el premio se tornase no disponible.  El ganador potencial tiene que reclamar supremio dentro de los 30 días calendario de recibir la notificación del premiopor correo certificado, o de lo contrario, perderá todos sus derechos, y se procederá a seleccionar al azar a unganador alterno de entre todas las participaciones elegibles restantes. Una vezreclamado el premio, el ganador tendrá 12 meses para redimir sucertificado. 

4. Prize: Will be raffled among all theeligible entries received: one (1) First Prize consisting of one night stay atConrad San Juan Condado Plaza Hotel, valued at $231.25, including taxes andresort fees; and certificate valued at $100 for a dinner at Caribe Restaurant,which doesn’t included taxes and gratuity. If there is a difference between the check and the certificate, thewinner is responsible of paying it.  Thewinner will have a year to redeem the hotel stay and will be subject to hotelrooms availability. It is recommended that the winner make reservations at CaribeRestaurant.

         Additionalprizes will be drawn as a massage package for two (2) persons at Olas Spa valued,two hundred fifty-five ($ 255).

         The Gift Certificates can’t be redeemedin cash nor are transferable in whole or in part or exchangeable for any otherprize, except by the Sponsor at its sole discretion if the prize becomesunavailable.  The potential winner mustclaim the prize within 30 calendar days from receipt of prize notification bycertified mail, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will berandomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. Once the winner hasclaimed the prize he or she shall have 12 months to redeem thecertificate. 

5. Selección deGanadores: El sorteo se celebrará el 24 de febrero de 2012 a las 9:00a.m.en las oficinas de Janssen Ortho, LLC localizadas en #475 Calle C Suite 200Guaynabo, PR, 00969 ante Notario Público, donde se escogerán al azar un (1)ganador y un (1) ganador alterno para cada uno de los premios.

5. Winners selection: The random drawingwill be held on February 24, 2012 at 9:00a.m., at Janssen Ortho, LLC offices, #475Calle C Suite 200 Guaynabo, PR, 00969 before a notary public, where one (1)winner and one (1) alternate winner will be selected for all Prizes.

6.  Notificación: El ganador potencial será notificado vía correocertificado y tendrá 30 días luego del acuse de recibo para reclamar su premio.Si el ganador potencial no reclama su premio dentro del término, lo reclamapero no resulta elegible o la notificación a la dirección del participante esdevuelta por el servicio postal por no haber sido posible su entrega, éste serádescalificado y se procederá a notificar al ganador alterno de la misma maneraproveyéndole igual término y condiciones para reclamar su premio. Permita 60días para la entrega del premio. Sujeto a reglamentación aplicable, el ganadoraceptará cualquier demora razonable para procesos de verificación del premio.El ganador potencial tendrá que traer consigo la notificación recibida porcorreo e identificación con foto y firma o certificado de nacimiento originalemitida por el gobierno a las oficinas de Intacto, Corp., localizadas en Centro Internacional de Mercadeo, 100 Carretera 165, Suite511, Guaynabo, PR. Los premios son intransferibles y solamente se le entregaráel premio a la persona cuyo nombre aparezca como remitente en la cartaganadora.  Cualquier carta denotificación de premio que sea alterada, falsificada o de otra maneramanipulada, será anulada y el poseedor será sometido a las autoridadesgubernamentales para los procedimientos penales y civiles correspondientes.

6. Notification: The potential winnerwill be notified via certified mail (return receipt requested) and will have 30days from proof of receipt to claim the prize. If the potential winner does notclaim the prize within the specified time, is non eligible or prizenotification to entrant’s address is returned by the postal service asundeliverable, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will benotified in the same manner and provided the same term and conditions to claimhis/her prize. Allow 60 days from conclusion of verification process fordelivery of prize.  To claim the prize,the potential winner must present the mailed prize notification andgovernment-issued identification with photo and signature or original birthcertificate at the offices of Intacto, Corp., Centro Internacional de Mercadeo,100 Carretera 165, Suite 511, Guaynabo, PR. Prizes are not transferable andonly the person whose name appears in the notification can collect the prize.Any altered, mutilated or fake prize notification letter will be void and theholder will be subject to criminal and civil prosecution as applicable by law.

7. Relevo:Janssen Ortho, LLC y sus agencias de publicidad o promociones, no se hacenresponsables de cualquier daño o perdida (directa, indirecta o consecuente),ocasionada al ganador, familiar o cualquier persona debido a/o en relación conel premio una vez entregado el mismo. Como condición para la entrega del premio, el ganador deberá suscribirun relevo de responsabilidad y relevo publicitario, relevando y manteniendoindemne a Janssen Ortho, LLC, y sus respectivascompañías matrices, subsidiarias, afiliadas, oficiales, empleados, agentes yagencias de publicidad y promociones de toda y cualquier reclamación por daño,perjuicio y/o pérdida (directa, indirecta o consecuente), a persona opropiedad, que resulte o pueda surgir de o en conexión con su participación enel concurso, reclamación, posesión y/o uso o uso indebido del premio. Todaobligación de Janssen Ortho, LLC para con la persona agraciada, cesará con laentrega del premio.  Los auspiciadores nose hacen responsables de porciones del premio no reclamadas o utilizadas y desuceder, las mismas no serán compensadas de ninguna otra manera alganador.  El premio no incluye el pago deimpuestos o contribuciones sobre ingresos relacionados a dicho premio y soloincluye lo estipulado en estas reglas.

7. Release: Once the winner accepts theprize, Janssen Ortho, LLC,  and its advertising and promotion agencieswill not be responsible of any damage, loss (direct, indirect or consequent),that the winner, a family member, or any other person may suffer, resultingfrom the use of the prize. As acondition to the receive the prize, the winner must subscribe a liabilityrelease and a publicity release, releasing Janssen Ortho, LLC as well as itsrespective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees,agents and advertising and promotion agencies from and against any and allinjuries, damages and/or losses  (direct,indirect or consequential), to person or property, that arises or may result inconnection to your participation in this sweepstakes, claiming, possessionand/or use or misuse of the prize. All responsibility and obligations ofrelated to the prize and winners will cease with the certificate submission,which entitles the winner to claim the prize. Sponsors are not responsible forprize portions not claimed or used, and if such was the case, these will not becompensated to the winner in any other form. Prize do not include applicabletaxes or income taxes that may be assessed, and only includes what’s stipulatedin these rules.

8.Autorización: El ganador le concede al Patrocinador el derecho a usar,publicar y anunciar su nombre, dirección (pueblo), voz, imagen, y fotografías en cualquier medio publicitarioincluyendo la Internet, sin compensación alguna, y se obliga a ratificar dichaautorización con la firma del antes indicado relevo publicitario. Al participaren este concurso, los participantes aceptan quedar obligados por estas reglasoficiales y por  las decisiones delPatrocinador y el notario cuales serán finales y vinculantes. La falta de cumplimiento con estas reglas resultará en descalificación y en laselección de un ganador alterno. Todas las participaciones pasarán a serpropiedad de los auspiciadores y no serán devueltas. Con la mera participación,los concursantes autorizan el uso de sus participaciones por el Patrocinador ysus agentes para todo propósito comercial y promocional sin pago al participante.

8. Authorization: Winner grants theSponsor the right to use, publish and advertise the winner’s name, address(city), voice, image, and photographs of the winner's completed landscaping inany and all media, including Internet, without payment or compensation andwinner agrees to ratify said authorization by subscribing the above referencedpublicity release. Entrants accept to be bound by all the terms and conditionsof these official rules, and that all decisions by Sponsor and the public notaryshall be final and binding.  Failure tocomply with these rules by any winner will be cause for disqualification, andan alternate winner will be selected. All entries become sponsor’s property andwill not be returned. By participating, all entrants agree to the use of theirentry by the Sponsor and its agents for promotional and commercial purposeswithout payment or compensation.

9. Leyes:Este concurso se regirá bajo las leyes y reglamentos del Estado Libre Asociadode Puerto Rico. Los auspiciadores no se hacen responsables de lasparticipaciones perdidas, destruidas, mal escritas, y/o ilegibles, por nombreso direcciones incompletas, ilegibles o incorrectas, en cuyo casoautomáticamente se descalificará la participación. Sujeto a reglamentación aplicable,los auspiciadores se reservan el derecho a cambiar las fechas de comienzo yfinal del concurso, a modificar estas reglas, las condiciones del concurso ylos premios ofrecidos en caso de que circunstancias imprevisibles, fuera de sucontrol o ajenas a su voluntad así lo hagan necesario.

9. Laws: This contest shall be governedby the laws and regulations of the Commonwealthof Puerto Rico. Sponsorsare not responsible for lost, destroyed, illegible, incomplete, and/orincorrect entries, on which case the participation ticket will getautomatically disqualified. Subject to applicable laws, the sponsors reservethe right to change the beginning and ending dates, to modify rules, raffleconditions and prizes, in case of force nature or an involuntary act of god.
