There has not been an image that Victoria Ruemelley has treasured more for last five year than that of the door through which Richard Lopez, her only son, comes out every weekend. “I do feel happy when that door opens,” says Victoria, an ornamental supervisor at the Municipality of Vega Alta with her huge green eyes drenched in tears.
