More than a fifth part of the executive branch spending for contracts of professional services, consulting and publicity during the first year of Rossello´s administration was allocated to agreements with consulting and legal firms that work in the Puerto Rico debt restructuring process, according to an analysis of the contracts registered in the Office of the Comptroller.
