Swain calls for “careful use of resources”

Yesterday, Judge Laura Taylor Swain urged law firms and advisors that work in Title III cases to reduce the professionals for these processes and  avoid duplication of efforts, in order to contain costs of Puerto Rico’s bankruptcy, while giving a respite to thousands of public servants who are waiting for the resolution of their arbitration and grievance proceedings.
