WASHINGTON – For the time being, the Republican leadership of the US House of Representatives will wait to establish this session’s Committee on Natural Resources before making an initial judgment concerning Resident Commissioner Jenniffer González's bill, which proposes admitting Puerto Rico as the 51st state of the Union.
