While the Oversight Board’s (OB) technical team continues questioning the premises contained in the Fiscal Plan for Puerto Rico (FPPR), Ricardo Rosselló Nevares’s administration intends to strike $625 million in obligations from its books, after declaring tens of millions of dollars in budgetary allocations approved by the Legislature years ago as time-barred items.
