Washington – Ricardo Rosselló’s administration refuses to take sides in the judicial battle waged between general obligation (GO) and COFINA (Puerto Rico Sales Tax Financing Corporation) bondholders, where new life has been breathed into the debate of whether Puerto Rico's Government issued debt illegally.
