La Fortaleza orders not to comply with the guideline of the Board

On the same day that the Board determined that as of September 1, it would temporarily cut the workday of 135,000 public employees, La Fortaleza issued a memorandum in which it orders the Executive Branch not to comply with that directive of the federal entity, nor to set contingency plans.
