For Rafael “Tatito” Hernández, former chairman of the House Committee on Treasury, the Fiscal Plan submitted by Governor Ricardo Rosselló is brimming with questions regarding the savings that could be generated by reorganizing the Government, the amount of money that the Puerto Rican people would need to pay, and what will happen when, in all likelihood, he is contested in court by creditors for asking them to accept a 66% cutback on the money they loaned to Puerto Rico.
