Yesterday, Federal District Judge Laura Taylor Swain approved the initiation of request  of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) under Title III of the PROMESA federal law to require that public corporation to do its utmost to inform customers about the judicial process that has just begun.
