Although the Puerto Rico Aqueducts and Sewers Authority (PRASA) reviewed fiscal plan does not provide for subsidies, the public corporation will maintain the incentives that are currently granted to beneficiaries of the Nutrition Assistance Program (NAP) and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), as well as the population over 65 years of the Government Health Reform.
