Washington - Amid pressures to focus public expressions on the catastrophe in Puerto Rico, US President Donald Trump scheduled a trip to San Juan on Tuesday, he held two working sessions regarding the crisis on the island and exempted the Puerto Rican government from paying 25% of the initial cost of debris removal and emergency measures.
