Yesterday, the Oversight Board gave the Government of Puerto Rico a vote of confidence when they extended the submission deadline for the fiscal plan and the stay on litigations granted under PROMESA. This is a sign of harmony that Puerto Rican authorities should reciprocate, by submitting measures backed by specific figures that support the path towards a balanced budget, which is necessary to begin restructuring the debt.
