WASHINGTON - The bipartisan agreement from the leadership of the U.S. House of Representatives—to approve a bill imposing a federal financial authority over the elected officials of the Puerto Rican government and establishing a process towards restructuring the public debt—emerged unscathed from the Committee on Natural Resources.
