The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) has submitted a draft of its fiscal plan. Yesterday, Government representative in the Oversight Board (OB) Elías Sánchez, stated that the draft “will undergo some changes” because, among other things, the proposed cuts are too low and a better negotiation with the public corporation’s creditors is still possible.
