Jorge Márquez Pérez, chairman of the Governing Board of the Municipal Revenue Collection Center (CRIM, by its Spanish acronym), objected to the “restructuring” that is in plans for this agency and the elimination of the $350-million allocation provided by the central Government to the municipalities.
