WASHINGTON – Speaker Paul Ryan considered that including the Medicaid funds in the Republican bill seeking to replace Obamacare—which could prevent a fiscal abyss in Puerto Rico’s healthcare system—would make it harder for the measure to be approved. The voting process for this measure could take place today in the House of Representatives.
