The austerity policies implemented in the first months of Donald Trump‘s presidency do not, for the moment, threaten plans to expand the presence of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Puerto Rico, said Col. Charles Decker, commander of the Caribbean district of the military agency.
