Washington - In a renewed effort to try to get Congress to focus on the "fiscal abyss of Medicaid" experts warned yesterday in the federal Senate that as long as the crisis in Puerto Rico health system continues or intensifies, Puerto Rican emigration will raise US government spending even more.
