Between the day Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico and the 36 days that followed, state and municipal agencies signed a total of 1,293 contracts for a total of $ 348,568,688, according to the registry of contracts of the Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico (OCPR).
