The pervasive uncertainty in the healthcare industry, due to the impending exhaustion of the Obamacare funds assigned to Puerto Rico, is now added to a new blow to medical services in the Island.  Even though this blow—like in many other occasions—is aimed at physicians, the patients will feel its direct effect, thanks to a projected increase in the migration of doctors and limited healthcare services.
