At a moment when the amount of employed people in the Island continues decreasing, and the economic indicators and governmental bonds are registering new lows, the Oversight Board (OB) is taking a break today from its role as budgetary manager to analyze how to halt a cycle of economic contraction, which will turn 12 years old this month.
