Osvaldo Carlo, president of the firm that administers several of the public contracts related to Genera PR, acknowledged that, at the government level, alternatives have been considered that would provide greater flexibility for the acquisition of natural gas in the northern zone, a supply that is now controlled by New Fortress Energy (NFE), a company that sells the fuel and processes it in the terminal that was ceded to it -by lease- in 2018.
