Private Sector Questions Walmart's Victory in Federal Court

They voice their discontent regarding Judge Fusté's decision

Although Walmart Puerto Rico was pleased to hear the Puerto Rico Federal Court's ruling in its favor that declared Act 72 as unconstitutional, several business organizations expressed their discontent with the decision that eliminates a special tax on the mega chains.
