If the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) and the Miss Universe reach an agreement after the scandals surrounding the main directors of the organization, the parties would sign a new contract in which the signature of Raúl Rocha, president of the organization and who faces multiple legal troubles in Mexico, would not appear.
