More unions and professional organizations have joined the Puerto Rican Telecommunications Alliance (APT) to express their opposition to Senate Bill 615 (PS 615) on the grounds that, if it becomes law, it would significantly increase the cost of telecommunications services and hinder the production chain, according to Pedro G. Andrés, president of the APT.
