While yesterday it was revealed that work to restore electricity in Puerto Rico is behind schedule, several documents disclosed by La Fortaleza show that in the worst emergency that Puerto Rico's electricity network has experienced, the members of the governing board of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) did not resume their work or engage with management until almost two weeks after the passage of Hurricane Maria.
