Several days before the Bad Bunny residency began, a number of companies, organizations and producers decided to join the promotional wave of the event, to carry out a myriad of activations. These range from seasonal dishes and drinks, in the case of restaurants and bars, to the creation of art displays, specialized sales areas or themed experiences. Here are some of these activations:
Experience company Vibee brought to life “Seguimo’ Aquí”, a free immersive experience at Plaza Las Americas that celebrates Puerto Rican culture and the career of music superstar Bad Bunny. The exhibit, which will run until September 14, 2025, invites visitors on a legacy tour through art, memorabilia and music. Highlights include a replica of a Puerto Rican house, a cave-like installation inspired by a local legend, and a bar that evokes the island’s village squares. In addition, visitors will be able to purchase exclusive merchandise and enjoy various photo opportunities.
This exhibition, which opened at the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico on August 6, 2025, showcased the five-year collaboration between Bad Bunny and the sports brand Adidas. The show featured 146 shoes, including 30 models that went on sale and 116 that were never released. “The Archive” was available until August 17.
On Sunday, August 3, hundreds of Formula 1 fans gathered at the Dos Hermanos Bridge in San Juan for a historic event. Despite the rain, some 9,000 people watched as the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS team, in partnership with Bad Bunny and Adidas, raced a car using the 2022 season. Mexican driver Esteban Gutiérrez performed several demonstration laps, delighting the audience with burnouts and drifting.
Puerto Rican art collectives created the exhibition “De AQuÍ NADie NoS SAcA!” to contextualize the social struggles that Bad Bunny addresses in his new album. The show, which features works by 39 artists and organizations, addresses issues such as gentrification, the climate crisis and feminism through various installations. Curator Dey Hernández Vázquez emphasized that the goal is to connect the thousands of visitors to the artist’s residency with the movements that have defended the island for decades. Admission is free and the exhibition will be open until early October at the Galería La Quince in Santurce.
The area surrounding the Coliseo de Puerto Rico is transformed into an interactive festival with food kiosks, bars and lounge areas for those attending Bad Bunny’s residency. To beat the heat, from free makeup touch-ups at the L’Oréal Paris station and refreshing drinks from brands such as Tito’s, Don Q and Johnnie Walker to exclusive lounges from T-Mobile and Visa. It is recommended to arrive early to avoid long lines, especially to purchase exclusive merchandise at the FRSH Co. store.
GFR Media organized the “Al Son de Aquí Fan Fest”, at the Trocadero Diverplex, in front of the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot. The 10-week event will offer fans exhibits, branded experiences, kiosks and local music before each concert. The festival seeks to offer additional entertainment to locals and tourists, taking advantage of the cultural and economic impact of Bad Bunny’s residency.
