The executive president of the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA), Luis González Delgado, acknowledged that a potential legal dispute over the purchase of new smart meters could take “years,” but he expressed confidence that this scenario would not slow down the public corporation’s most important effort to reduce water loss and increase billing revenue.
