Washington D.C. - When the United Nations Decolonization Committee reaffirms Puerto Rico’s right to self-determination and independence on Monday, it will remain, for the third consecutive year, the only forum for Puerto Rican leaders and citizens to express the harms caused by the archipelago’s colonial status.
