Aguadilla - Ana Arosemena moved to northwestern Puerto Rico with her family six years ago. The 25-year-old feels fulfilled going alone to the beaches located on the grounds of the former Ramey Air Force Station in this municipality to surf, hike, and ride her bike. These activities, now part of her daily routine, were something she didn’t dare to do before.
