Washington - In officially presenting a bill that contains a comprehensive plan for the reconstruction of Puerto Rico, independent Senator Bernie Sanders (Vermont) said yesterday that he hopes to use every possible opportunity to insert his proposals in Republican bills aimed at addressing the recent natural disasters in the United States.
