Bishop is cautious with Soto's bill

Washington - Before co-sponsoring the proposal of Democrat Darren Soto (Florida), which he doubts could advance, Republican Rob Bishop (Utah) wants to wait for a pro-statehood bill that Commissioner Jenniffer Gonzalez is planning to introduce.
