Dozens of antiwar protesters demanded on Wednesday, outside the Department of State, that Secretary Rosachely Rivera Santana hold a hearing to listen to the demands of the family and activists concerned about the “torture” and detention of Puerto Rican Zuleyka Morales Rivera, who was part of the humanitarian flotilla bound for Gaza and was released Monday by the Israeli government.
