Washington D.C. - The think tank Centro para una Nueva Economía (CNE) warned Congress that, while waiting to complete the restructuring of PREPA’s debt and the creation of a government planning system, it is important to start thinking about how to put an end to the operation of the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB), created by the PROMESA law.
