The Office of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico (OCPR) noted that Puerto Rico Justice Department analysts, who evaluate and monitor funds from the Gender Violence Prevention, Support, Rescue and Education (PARE) Committee, failed to verify the compliance of recipient entities with established guidelines for the disbursement and oversight of funds.
