Federal tax reform bill could suffocate Puerto Rico

Despite months of lobbying by private sector leaders, the federal House of Representatives is preparing to approve a tax reform that will jeopardize almost 250,000 jobs in Puerto Rico, a jurisdiction with a poverty rate of  46 percent and that was just devastated by one of the worst 10 hurricanes in history.
