FEMA approves new mechanism to advance recovery projects

The federal agency decision will help speed up work in municipal structures and some infrastructure projects

To speed work up, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) decided to ease some requirements for certain permanent work financed by that agency for Puerto Rico´s reconstruction process after Hurricane María struck the island two years ago.
