Fernando Gil Enseñat was promoted yesterday, he now chairs to the Governing Board of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA), assuming his share of responsibility for the current crisis in the public utility- which is causing selective blackouts that affect hundreds of thousands of customers - since he has been a member of the governing body since January, and he was also a member last term.
