Genera PR appealed to the Court of Appeals to demand that it validate the negotiated amendments to its operation and maintenance contract that would entitle it to an advance payment of $110 million, under the premise that the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB) failed to comply with its duty to issue a final determination within 30 days and imposed demands that exceeded its administrative powers.
