Following the increase in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations, more undocumented immigrants are turning to “self-deport” to the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, where Customs and Border Protection (CBP) began, just over a week ago, a program that grants $1,000 to those who decide to voluntarily leave the country.
