Washington D. C. - The U.S. government’s decision to redirect a $365 million appropriation that was to be spent on solar energy and general grid improvements “will cost more lives,” said the Hispanic Federation, which was leading one of the initiatives in favor of solar panels and battery storage at 330 health centers.
