John Meadow, founder and President of LDV Hospitality –a group of premier restaurants based in New York City–, yesterday reported that he would enter the Puerto Rican market with his first restaurant, American Cut Bar & Grill, which should begin operations December 2015. The new restaurant, which required a multimillion-dollar investment and will occupy a venue of over 8,000 square feet at The Mall of San Juan, will offer an experience that redefines the traditional concept of a steakhouse.
