Washington, D.C. - Inter-American University of Puerto Rico law clinics asked the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) to frame the political case of Puerto Rico as a human rights violation on the part of the United States for not offering Puerto Ricans a self-determination and decolonization process.
