Without venturing yet to set a timeline, the new executive president of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (Prasa), Luis González Delgado, expects the public corporation to become the first public entity to leave the jurisdiction of the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB), a determination that would provide greater budgetary flexibility and even open the door to paralyze the annual increases in the bill that have been in effect since 2022.
