With Act 52, these employers won’t have to file tax returns in the island

Because of the rapid shift to remote work, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government of Puerto Rico signed Act 52 to make it easier for workers, particularly those who move to Puerto Rico but who continue to work for an employer operating outside the island.
